R”, “I”, “My” “, Me”, “Myself” and terms of similar meaning) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy shall apply to the User of the Platform (as defined in the Terms of Use). For this Privacy Policy, the User shall hereinafter be referred to as “You”, “Your” or “Yourself”.

This Privacy Policy shall be read in conjunction with and together with the Terms of Use and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and me (“Terms of Use”). In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the Terms of Use shall supersede the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict regarding data on the Platform, the provisions of this Privacy Policy shall supersede the Terms of Use. All capitalised terms not defined under this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to them under the applicable Terms of Use.

The Platform Sacred connect and the corresponding mobile application (collectively, “Platforms”) are managed and operated by me. Any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses the Platforms in any manner or uses any current or future service or functionality or offer made available on the Platforms (“Service”) will be subject to the terms and conditions for use of the Platforms as updated from time to time.

I have adopted this Privacy Policy to outline how personal data and other information are collected, received, stored, processed, disclosed, transferred, handled, and dealt with by me in connection with your use of the Platforms. The Platforms may contain links to other Platforms and applications. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that you provide to, or that is collected by, any third-party through the Platforms, and any third-party Platforms or applications that you access through the Platforms, which lead to a third-party Platform or application not controlled/operated by me. I shall not be liable for and have no control over the services provided, practices, and content of any such third-party Platform not controlled or operated by me.

I commit to protecting your privacy, and hence my Personal Data (defined herein below) handling practices are continually reviewed to ensure compliance with the applicable Privacy laws and regulations.

1.Interpretation

The words whose initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following Clause 2. The following definitions shall have the same meaning, regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

1. 1. “Advertisement” refers to details (Mine or of a Third Party) that may be displayed on the Platform stating the details of this model. The term shall also be interpreted in context, as enumerated differently in specific clauses in this Privacy Policy.
  2. “Application/App” means the Sacred Connect application, which users access to view and watch content, including all features, functionalities, and user interfaces.
  3. “Cache” means a high-speed data storage layer that stores a subset of data, typically transient.
  4. “Consent” means freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous agreement by the user to the processing of their personal information.
  5. “Cookies” are small files that are placed on your computer, mobile device or any other device by my Platform, containing the details of your browsing history on my Platform.
  6. “Device” means any IT device that can access the Platform, such as a computer, a cellphone, a handheld device and/or a digital tablet.
  7. “Non-Personal Data” shall mean data that is not Personal Data.
  8. “Personally Identifiable Information” shall mean information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context.
  9. “Personal Information / Data” means any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly or in combination with other information available to me, can identify an individual. An identifiable natural person can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
  10. “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” means sensitive information of any individual relating to password, physical, physiological and mental health condition, sexual orientation, medical records, biometric information, or any detail about the above as provided to or received by me for processing or storage. However, any data/ information relating to an individual that is freely available or accessible in the public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other applicable law shall not qualify as Sensitive Personal Data.
  11. “Services” means the Sacred Connect, which allows Users to access and watch Content, including all features and functionalities, the application, user interfaces, software, and websites/web pages associated with the Service, whether accessed via a computer, mobile device, or other technology, in any manner or means. For the avoidance of doubt, the term ‘Service’ shall also include all the Content available for viewing therein, all other services provided on or through the Service, and any software that I make available on or through the Service, unless otherwise specified.
  12. “Site(s)” means collectively all online platforms, applications, and other digital services owned, operated, or controlled by Us that link to / or display this Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the primary Platform at Sacred Connect in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, as well as other online services provided by me.
  13. “User” means the individual accessing or using the Platform, or myself, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Platform, as applicable.

Location: When You use one of my location-enabled services (for example, when You access Platform from a mobile device), I may collect and process information about Your mobile device’s GPS location (including the latitude, longitude or altitude of Your mobile device) and the time the location information is recorded to customise the Platform with location-based information and features.
Usage Data: To elaborate, all kinds of Usage Data are collected automatically when using the Platform. Usage Data may include information such as User device’s internet protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of my Plat form that You visit, the time and date of User visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other cyber diagnostic data. Gaming Interaction Data. When you use the gaming feature of my Platform, I shall track progress, reward achievements, and personalise the gaming experience.
Analytics Data. I shall collect the Device type, IP address, crash logs, and performance metrics.
Invite Data: I shall collect the Data you provide to facilitate user growth, and the type of Data may include email addresses or contact information for invited friends or colleagues.
Admin Data. I shall manage content and enforce community guidelines and shall track the actions taken by the moderators and admins (approvals, deletions, bans, warnings).
I collect your location data. If you permit the Platform to access your location through the permission system used by your mobile operating system, I may also collect the precise location of your device when the Platform is running in the foreground or background. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.
Like many businesses, I also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.
I may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing and advertising partners, and other third parties. Examples of the information I receive from other sources include social media profile information; marketing leads and search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links). HOW I COLLECT:

XV.Compliance with law: To comply with applicable Laws, court orders, government and law enforcement agencies’ requests.
XVI.For other purposes: I may use information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of my campaigns and to evaluate and improve my Platform, products, services and your experience. I may also use this information to do internal research on my demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect, and serve you better. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis and in a manner that does not personally identify you. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting that you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. Regardless, one cannot control the DNT handling of third parties interacting with sites, such as Google Analytics, AdWords and others.
